Receive customer inquiry and provide a detailed quotation tailored to their specifications
Upon receiving the customer's order, drawings, and schedule, initiate planning and project timelines.
Develop the complete design, create detailed part drawings, and release the job card for production.
Order the necessary raw materials from vendors or request the customer to supply them.
Accept and log the raw materials (e.g., casting, bar, or block) from the customer or external vendors.
Inspect the raw materials, and if needed, create drawings for pre-machining operations.
Transfer the material to an in-house or external conventional shop for pre-machining or part fabrication based on the drawings.
Move the pre-machined parts to the CNC shop and perform dimensional checks.
Develop CNC programs, prepare inspection reports, and set up the machine with clamping and setup sheets.
Perform inspections during CNC machining after each stage of the program to ensure accuracy.
Conduct a thorough inspection once CNC machining is completed to ensure all specifications are met.
Assemble all parts, including those from CNC machining, conventional processes, and any purchased components.
Polish the assembled parts to achieve the required surface finish.
Inspect the polished and assembled parts thoroughly to ensure all quality standards are met.
If necessary, conduct a trial run of the assembled parts to validate functionality.
Pack the finished goods securely in boxes, ensuring they are ready for transport.
