At Yug Techno Cast, the first stage where our products start taking shape is the moulding shop. We utilize a Green Sand Molding Process for various types of castings, including CI (Cast Iron) and SG (Spheroidal Graphite) Iron.

This efficient molding process uses sand as the primary molding material, earning its "green" designation due to the recyclability of the sand and the absence of chemical additives.

Core Shop

Core Shop

Cores are essential components placed inside the mold cavity to form the internal surfaces of a casting. For instance, producing a metal pipe fitting requires a cylindrical core inside the mold cavity to create the hollow interior of the component.

At Yug Techno Cast, we utilize high-quality cores to ensure precise and accurate internal geometries, enhancing the overall quality and functionality of our castings.

Our expertise in core making and placement ensures that even the most complex castings meet stringent industry standards and customer specifications.

Fettling and Shot Blasting

Fettling and Shot Blasting

At Yug Techno Cast, our fettling operations are equipped with an advanced control panel and seamlessly integrated with the plant. Castings move directly from the pouring section to the fettling department, where they undergo processing through state-of-the-art Shot Blasting machines.

These machines effectively remove excess sand and prepare the castings for further finishing activities.

We have two high-capacity Shot Blasting machines: a 1000kg capacity machine by 'Surfex’ and a 500kg capacity machine by 'Shree Shakti'. This advanced equipment ensures thorough cleaning and surface preparation, enhancing the overall quality and appearance of our castings.
